David D. Goldberg, D.O.
Medical Director
Dr. Goldberg joined OPHP in 2011 as Medical Director. He has been actively involved with the organization since 1996. As Medical Director he provides leadership to the organization, oversees the monitoring program and all clinical services, as well as collaborates with the Marketing & Resource Development Specialist for fundraising activities.
He is a member of the American Society of Addiction Medicine and member of both the American Osteopathic Association and the Ohio Osteopathic Association. Dr. Goldberg is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He serves as Medical Director of the Women’s Recovery Center in Xenia, Ohio, and is the Medical Director at Greene Hall Outpatient Services in Beavercreek, Ohio. Dr. Goldberg has been involved in addiction medicine for over 20 years.

Kelley M. Long
Executive Director
Ms. Long joined OPHP in 2006. She works to facilitate and implement the organization’s strategic plan. She oversees business and clinical operations of the organization as well as the administrative support staff and fund development staff.
She works in collaboration with the Medical Director and facilitates communication between officers and the organization’s Board of Trustees. She prepares all reports and statistical information for the organization including OPHP’s major funding entities. Ms. Long is also responsible for financial record keeping, billing services, operational plans, and budgetary information. Ms. Long has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.

Mark D. Lutz, M.A., LCDC III
Clinical Director
Mr. Lutz joined OPHP in 2008. As Clinical Director his duties include facilitation and oversight of all activities involved in participant monitoring.
He also provides educational presentations throughout Ohio on chemical dependency, Ohio’s One-Bite Rule, and services available through OPHP. Mr. Lutz has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities and a Masters of Arts degree in Education from the Ohio State University. Mr. Lutz has hundred of hours of continuing education in the field of chemical dependency counseling and administration. He has worked in the field of chemical dependency treatment since 1998. He is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in Ohio and is also internationally certified.

Samantha J. Allen
Executive Assistant
Ms. Allen joined OPHP in 2007. She provides administrative support to the Medical Director. She coordinates an extensive speaking schedule throughout the state of Ohio.
She also provides comprehensive administrative support for the organization’s Fund Development Initiative, which includes maintenance of a web-based database program, solicitation mailings, and development of marketing materials. Ms. Allen has a Bachelors Degree in Financial Management and Art History.

Jennifer L. Vecchio, LPN
Clinical Services Coordinator
Ms. Vecchio joined the OPHP staff in 2007. She is responsible for processing and maintaining data pertaining to participant activity.
She assists the Medical Director and Clinical Director with oversight of participant monitoring. She coordinates all daily clinical processes and clinical duties of the organization. This includes third party requests, form processing, and administrative support for the office and extensive monitoring network throughout the state. She also maintains statistical information regarding all organizational activities.

Nicole L. Mohar
Marketing and Resource Development Specialist
Ms. Mohar joined OPHP in 2006 and oversees a comprehensive fund development initiative. She is responsible for meeting with physicians, hospital leaders, and other healthcare professionals throughout Ohio providing information about the services and resources available through OPHP.
She establishes relationships with key contacts and is responsible for the face to face solicitation for the organization. She has a Bachelors Degree from Xavier University. Ms. Mohar has over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and development.
