OhioPHP is now offering monthly trainings via webinar on Ohio's One-Bite Program.  During these sessions, OhioPHP will review the eligibility criteria for the One-Bite Program and the State Medical Board of Ohio's statutes, rules, and policies regarding impairment and the One-Bite Program. There will be a thorough review of the requirements and expectations associated with comprehensive evaluations, treatment, and continuing care requirements for healthcare professionals. The webinar sessions were prepared to assist with the requirement of One-Bite Program approved treatment providers' and continuing care providers' quarterly staff training as defined Ohio Administrative Code 4731-16-20 (A)(5).
