Melinda E. Ford, D.O., FACOFP

Dr. Ford joined the OhioPHP Board of Directors in December 2016. Dr. Ford is board certified in Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine. She attended undergrad at Clarion University of Pennsylvania and earned her DO degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri. She completed her internship and residency at O’Bleness Memorial Hospital in Athens, Ohio. She is an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine and Family Medicine cost center director of University Medical Associates. She is also a past president of the Ohio State Society of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians.
