Stephen R. Feagins, M.D., MBA, FACP

Dr. Stephen Feagins joined the OhioPHP Board in 2020. Dr. Feagins is board certified in Internal Medicine. He serves as Chief Clinical Officer for Mercy Health Cincinnati, Medical Director for Hamilton County Public Health, and Team Physician for FC Cincinnati. He is the Designated Institutional Official for the newly created GME program at Mercy Health Anderson Hospital. He completed residency at Wright Patterson AFB, served in the U.S. Air Force, and led humanitarian missions to Central and South America. He completed a B.S. in chemical engineering and M.D. from the University of Tennessee and M.B.A. from the University of Memphis. He is a former member of the Springfield Board of Education and admissions committee at Wright State University College of Medicine.
