Samantha L. Kinser, CDCA, CPT

Samantha provides administrative support to all aspects of OhioPHP's clinical services, including the Monitoring and Advocacy Program. She coordinates daily clinical processes and handles all incoming clinical correspondence. She provides support for all the program participants and maintains OhioPHP's electronic database and oversees all aspects the organization’s extensive monitoring network throughout the state. She is responsible for the compliance reporting of all program participants. She handles activity related to OhioPHP’s toxicology testing program. Samantha served as a Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Specialist during her time in the US Army and she is a Chemical Dependency Counselors Assistant as well as a Certified Phlebotomy Technician.
