Shirley Eiland, M.Ed, LSW
Shirley facilitates and oversees activities related to healthcare professionals participating in OhioPHP's Monitoring & Advocacy Program. She has extensive clinical and educational experience working with a diverse population in the area of mental health and substance use disorders. She has worked as a Licensed Social Worker for several health and social services systems/agencies in the Northeast OH area as well as worked in the managed care industry providing case management, quality assurance, and utilization review management services. Shirley is also an Adjunct Professor for Lakeland Community College within the Department of Human Services. Shirley has a Bachelors of Art's Degree in Social Work from Cleveland State University and a Masters Degree in Health Education & Promotion from Kent State University.
